Investment manager Downing LLP completed several property development and bridging loans over the last three months. The new deals totalled just over £20 million and funded various residential home developments across the UK.
The transactions included a c.£9 million deal for developing new family homes in Buckinghamshire for an existing client with an established reputation in the local area for building high- specification family homes to the best energy-efficient standards.
Deals also included a £3.5 million development loan for the third phase of a development of 95 houses in Somerset.
These latest examples of funding support from Downing LLP reflect the team’s continued commitment to helping smaller-scale developers access the finance they need to deliver a diverse range of housing and property developments.
