The new deals totalled almost £10 million and funded multiple acquisitions and development projects.
The transactions included a c.£5.3 million bridging loan for a new client. The loan will assist in the acquisition of a site in Poole, in east Dorset, for a 32-flat development.
Deals also included a c.£2 million development loan for a repeat client developing detached housing and undertaking refurbishment work for existing properties in Hampshire.
