About the team

You’ll be part of Digital’s Transformation team, supporting the Lead directly on transformation work across the business. Your work directly affects whether departments can adopt and use what Digital builds - from leading smaller initiatives through to building the guides and reference implementations that help adoption scale.

This is hands-on, practical work. You’ll use AI tools to manage, accelerate, and improve how you and the team operate. You’ll work across self-service platforms - Power BI, AI tools, automation tools - and be one of the first people to use what Digital builds.

Digital’s portfolio is growing: more departments, more solutions, more pipeline across software, data products, reporting, low-code, and AI. The team needs someone hands-on - leading smaller initiatives, building the materials that help adoption scale, and using AI to accelerate how the team works.

Role and responsibilities

What you will do:

Lead smaller initiatives and requests - owning them from start to finish.

Work hands-on with self-service platforms - Power BI, AI tools, automation tools.

Use AI to manage, accelerate, and improve how the team works.

Build guides, templates, and reference implementations that help departments adopt tools.

Support adoption rollouts - collecting feedback, helping departments get started.

Test and provide feedback on tools and platforms Digital builds.

Support pipeline and delivery tracking - keeping reporting accurate and up to date.

What success looks like:

Initiatives you own are delivered - on time and to a standard.

AI adoption is growing - you’re contributing to how departments step-change the way they work.

Departments are adopting tools and finding them useful - your guides and reference implementations are making a difference.

Tracking and reporting is accurate and up to date.

You’re using AI to work faster and smarter - and helping the team do the same.

What you will bring:

1–2 years’ experience in a digital, technology, or product-focused environment - or a graduate with demonstrable interest in these areas.

An AI-first mindset - you already use AI tools daily to think, research, draft, and solve problems. You experiment with new capabilities as they emerge, and you’re excited about what’s coming next.

High initiative - you figure out how to make things happen without waiting for perfect conditions or permission.

A systems mindset - you think about how things connect, how changes in one area affect others, and how improving the way things are done can have a bigger impact. You operate that way.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Clear written communication.

Helpful but not essential:

Hands-on experience with Power BI, low-code tools, or automation platforms.

Financial services or professional services background.
