  • Holiday

    In addition to the bank holidays, you will be entitled to 25 days of annual leave each year. After three and five years’ service, your holiday allowance increases to 26 days and 27 days respectively.

    Each year we have a funded Christmas and summer parties

    We typically organise two trips away each year, one during the winter months to a ski resort, and a trip during the summer. Everyone is invited to attend and Downing heavily subsidises any costs. Previous trips have included Barcelona and Majorca, and the ski resorts of Sauze D’Oulx (Italy) and Chamonix (France) (plus many more!)

    We finish early every Thursday for drinks in our “Green Room” – our social space overlooking the Thames, complete with darts board and pool table.
