Richard Watts is a senior Chief Investment Officer with experience leading global investment businesses, driving innovative growth and delivering strategic transformation. He has overseen large-scale teams and is experienced across Fixed Income, LDI & Derivatives and Equities. Richard started his career at JPMorgan and was previously Head of Investment at F&C Investments, Global Chief Investment Officer at BMO Global Asset Management and Chief Investment Officer EMEA at Columbia Threadneedle. Richard is a board-level leader combining analytical rigour with commercial insight, he has a PhD in Physics and is passionate about governance, D&I and delivering, client-focused investment outcomes.
