Mark is the Investment Operations Director at Downing and leads the development of models, operations, trading infrastructure and reporting within the Liquid Alternatives team. Mark has been at Downing since 2020 and has been instrumental driving critical projects across both public and private markets, working alongside the investment teams. Prior to Downing, Mark spent over 3 years in investment risk and oversight roles within Authorised Corporate Directors, generating expertise in the UCITS, AIFMD and MiFID regulatory landscape, as well as risk monitoring for multiple fund structures.
