Luke Randell joined Downing in July 2025 as an Associate Director, where he is responsible for originating and managing Wholesale Finance facilities. Prior to this, Luke held a senior role in the Wholesale Finance team at Shawbrook Bank - delivering over £150 million in facility increases for existing clients and managing a portfolio of lending businesses with total commitments exceeding £350 million. Earlier in his career, Luke worked for Shawbrook’s credit team, where he held a £5 million mandate for Property Finance and a £3 million mandate for Business Finance.
