Värån Nedre

Klarälven, Torsby, Sweden

Värån Nedre is a run-of-river hydropower plant owned by Downing managed funds that is located in the Klarälven river in Torsby municipality.

Värån Nedre was commissioned in 1920 and has one dam. The plant is powered by one Horizontal Single Francis turbine and has an annual production of 1.2 GWh and an installed output capacity of 0.2 MW.

This hydropower plant is located in Sweden's SE3 electricity market price zone.
