Tilling Energy Limited - Commercial Rooftop Solar Portfolio

Tilling Energy Limited, owns a commercial rooftop solar portfolio of 200 kW that was developed by York Green Renewables (Solar) Limited. The portfolio benefits from a 20-years lease for the life of the subsidy.

The assets were commissioned in May 2014 and accredited for the FIT subsidy. Alongside this subsidy-backed revenue stream, the rooftop portfolio benefits from an onsite PPA arrangement with the local landlord, owner of the chicken sheds.

Operations & Maintenance ("O&M") is performed by Helios Solar Operations & Maintenance Ltd ("Helios"), a full-service Solar PV O&M operator. Asset management is provided in-house by Downing.
