Tilling Energy Limited - Commercial Ground Mounted Solar Asset

Tilling Energy Limited owns Edgeworthy Solar Farm, which has an installed generations capacity of 500kWp making use of Astronergy solar modules and Fronius inverters. Located on a farm in Devon, the system has a 25-year lease in place.

The asset was commissioned in March 2014 and accredited for 1.6 ROCs. Alongside this subsidy-backed revenue stream, the ground mounted asset benefits from a PPA export arrangement.

RES Energy Services Ltd (“RES”) acts as Operations and Maintenance (“O&M”) services provider for this asset. RES is a large-scale provider of O&M services to the renewable energy sector with c.45GW of assets under O&M management. The asset management function has been handled by Downing’s dedicated internal team.
