The installations qualify for Feed-in-Tariffs (FITs) and collect revenue from deemed export electricity. The landlords benefit from electricity produced at a fixed rate.

O&M is performed by Freetricity, a full-service Solar PV O&M operator. Asset management is performed in-house by Downing.
