Northern Ireland

IROC Solar (UK) Ltd own a portfolio of assets that have a total installed generation capacity of c.3,644 kWp. The assets receive 4 NIROCs per MWh for energy generated and (deemed) export to grid by the domestic installs for energy generated in excess of household’s needs.

Soventix acts as Operations and Maintenance (“O&M”) services provider for these assets. Asset management for the assets is performed in-house by Downing.
