Northern-based bridging finance specialist SDKA, established in 2016, has announced a new funding partnership with investment manager, Downing LLP.

The new facility will provide further flexibility to SDKA, enabling it to expand its capacity and serve more of the UK bridging market.

London based Downing is an investment management business with over 30 years of experience and c.£1.5 billion of assets under management.
