Molten Ventures VCT plc (formerly Draper Esprit VCT plc)

Molten Ventures VCT typically makes investments in a diversified portfolio of companies, focusing on smaller, unquoted, technology-enabled early-stage businesses. Formerly known as  Draper Esprit VCT plc (previously Elderstreet Draper Esprit VCT plc, Elderstreet VCT plc and Elderstreet Downing VCT plc), the VCT is managed by Elderstreet Investments Limited (which is now part of the Molten Ventures Group) and administered by Downing LLP.

In 2007, Elderstreet Millennium Venture Capital Trust plc merged with the Company. Elderstreet Millennium VCT shares converted at a ratio of 0.381.

On 25 September 2012, the Company undertook an Enhanced Share Buyback scheme.
