Sophie joined Downing in October 2019 as a Customer Operations Executive, where she looks after Downing Estate Planning Service clients. As well as processing new applications and onboarding new clients, Sophie carries out full KYC/AML checks and also ongoing checks.
She has 4 years’ experience in Customer Service, and nearly 2 years' in the KYC/onboarding process. Sophie previously worked for NatWest as a Personal Banker; before being promoted to Senior Personal Banker and gaining her Professional Banker Certificate. Prior to NatWest, Sophie worked for EasyJet as Cabin Crew.
