Head of Risk and Portfolio Management
Patrick joined Downing in December 2022 as Head of Risk & Portfolio and brings almost 20 years of experience within the property and real estate sector to the team.
Patrick’s previous roles include being Head of Portfolio Management, Southern Region, at Homes England, which oversaw £450m+ of debt across 70+ clients. Before this, he held senior roles in both risk and coverage at HSBC and RBS.
