Head of Institutional Fundraising
Oren joined Downing in 2021 to head the firm’s Institutional Fundraising. He has over 12 years of experience across various fundraising and client-facing roles.
Most recently in 2019, Oren opened the London office for POLARIS Investment Advisory AG, a boutique Swiss placement agent focusing on primary capital raising for private equity, private credit and infrastructure managers.
Oren holds a BA in Economics and Business Management (Magna Cum Laude) from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an MBA from INSEAD.
