1992 was a big year for Tony – he joined Downing and got married. Both relationships have developed over time, to the point where he now shares responsibility for two children and over 85 staff. He carried out various roles at Downing; with a particular focus on the development and marketing of new products, as well as sitting on the Investment Committee. His previous job was at Kingston Smith Chartered Accountants, who he joined in 1986 after graduating from Kings College, London with a degree in Maths and Management. Whilst at Kingston Smith he focused on auditing small and medium sized businesses and qualified as a chartered accountant.
