Description

Downing Low Carbon EIS 1-3 launched in June 2010, December 2010 and July 2011 respectively, to provide investors with access to investments in renewable energy businesses and attractive EIS tax reliefs.

 

Status

All three Services exited during the course of 2015. The final performance of each Service is summarised below: 

Low Carbon EIS 1: 112p based on net subscription of 80p (100p minus 20% income tax relief)

Low Carbon EIS 2: 124p based on net subscription of 70p (100p minus 30% income tax relief)

Low Carbon EIS 3: 129p based on net subscription of 70p (100p minus 30% income tax relief)
