Description

Downing Planned Exit VCT 2 launched in January 2005, when it was originally named Downing Protected VCT II. It is a Planned Exit VCT (it has a limited life and winds up) that focuses on asset-backed investments in order to seek capital preservation. The Company has undertaken three fundraisings to date, each issuing a different class of shares.

• Ordinary Shares: launched in January 2005, covering 2004/05 and 2005/06 tax years, and wound up in 2010 paying 90.417p per share.
• C & A Shares: launched in September 2008, covering 2008/09 and 2009/10 tax years.
• D & E Shares: launched November 2009, covering 2009/10 and 2010/11 tax years.

Dividends Downloads

• Most recently declared dividends: an interim dividend of 2.5p per C share and 2.5p per D share will be paid on 25 November 2011 to shareholders on the register on 4 November 2011
