Chrysalis VCT plc was formerly known as Downing Classic VCT 3 plc and is now a self-managed fund, adminstered by Downing.

In 2005, Downing Classic VCT plc, Downing Classic VCT 2 plc and i-Net VCT plc merged with Downing Classic VCT 3 plc.
