Twizoo is an iOS and Android app that buys tweets from Twitter and automatically analyses them for sentiment (good/bad/indifferent). The result is a heat map on your phone that gives you a guide on what to choose. The first sector that Twizoo has addressed is restaurants and bars in central London. The technology is applicable to other sectors and other geographies very easily. Downing Ventures is leading the Series A, with co-investment from EC1 Capital and Paul Forster. Our capital will fund the company’s expansion into five US cities and a lot of customer acquisition focused marketing.
