Quantcast Property Finance | Businesses Seeking Funding | Downing

We understand the frustration many developers encounter when seeking funding from banks, often because no distinction is made between construction risk and development risk.

Our Property Finance team recognise the difference and take the time to understand each project. We are personal and intelligent in our approach and bring a wealth of experience we’ve gained from our portfolio. We understand construction.

We provide all the funding, take the first charge, and secure our lending on the property.

The projects we seek to finance have: £2m-£10m of build cost; planning permission in place; and a tenant or purchaser contracted at the outset to provide us with visibility of an exit. In particular, we have experience in funding the construction of student accommodation, hotels, and data centres.

If you’d like to find out more, we’d love to hear from you.
